At My Nest Architects, we had the pleasure of working on this lavish 4 BHK apartment located in Purva Palm Beach Apartments, an iconic residential project inspired by the tropical vibe of beachfront living. The challenge was to create a luxurious, yet warm and inviting home for our clients, Mr. Pradeep and Mrs. Kavya Rao, who wanted a blend of contemporary design and comfort for their family. This project involved custom designs for each room, incorporating premium materials and high-end finishes to match the grandeur of the space.

Key Features:

Spacious Living and Dining Area: Designed to be the heart of the home, this open-plan living and dining space features marble flooring, elegant furniture, and floor-to-ceiling windows. A neutral color palette with gold accents adds a touch of luxury, while custom-built shelving and decor pieces provide sophistication.
Modern Kitchen: A fully equipped modular kitchen with high-end appliances, quartz countertops, and sleek cabinetry. The kitchen’s layout was designed for functionality and style, with plenty of counter space and hidden storage to maintain a clean, clutter-free environment.
Master Bedroom Suite: The master bedroom is a true retreat, featuring a walk-in wardrobe, plush fabrics, and luxurious wood paneling. A king-size bed and cozy seating area complete the space, providing an ideal balance between luxury and relaxation.
Children's Bedrooms: Each of the children’s rooms was designed with creativity in mind, blending playful elements with practicality. One room features a custom-built bunk bed and study area, while the other focuses on a more minimalist, mature design for the older child.
Home Office/Study Room: The fourth bedroom was converted into a home office, offering a tranquil space for remote work. It features ergonomic furniture, built-in bookshelves, and soundproofing to ensure a peaceful environment.

The fourth bedroom was cleverly converted into a multi-functional home office to meet the client's growing needs.
